Focus Groups

Networks for process industry Managers

The T.A. Cook Focus Groups function as networks for process industry managers on the basis of trust and openness. The objective is to exchange knowledge and experience that can be directly applied to one’s own field of responsibility within a company. The Focus Groups’ participants learn from best practices, and together they create approaches and concepts that bring about success for their own company’s processes of change.

The Focus Groups’ core purpose is the further development of indicators and their implementation. On the foundation of T.A. Cook’s MAINDEXTM indicator data bank, it is possible to apply individual company and internal group benchmarks for selected maintenance and turnaround/plant downtime/revision processes.

The Focus Groups meet twice annually in different locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Between these meetings, our CONNECT online platform makes it possible to maintain contacts comfortably and access documents and data quickly.
