Engineering educated, coming from Automotive industry, with a strong background in automotive safety systems. Started leading teams in 2006, as Manager of the Kaizen department, exercising and developing the influential leadership skills as the main means to build kaizen culture in the organization.

The later on management of operations on all levels helped me experiment and develop different types of leadership skills, such as leading by example, situational leadership, balanced decisive and democratic leadership, leadership by example, and maybe one of the most important, inspirational leadership.

I believe that getting results through people, regardless of the business context and environment, is the only way to build a strong organizational structure that is able to deliver stable development and repeatable performance in an autonomous manner.
